A bit of history about us. We were organized by the
Edith Hunsaker and Weldon & Eloise Bowen families and have grown over the last
14 years from between 4-8 persons to
over an average of 30 to 35 each Sunday, sometimes topping over 50 at times.
Praise the Lord!In fact it overflowed so greatly that we moved to a larger room and
as such the Lord put onto Robert Linsner's heart to
construct an altar, Cross, candle holders, and pulpit for the
new gathering location. Decorative banners fill the worship area and give a " stain
glass"
look on sunny days. Bob has since gone on to be with the Lord.
His wife, Sheila, created all the altar banners and currently
lives in the Sacramento area. The Lord has blessed us with a weekly bible study class that averages
12-15 and it has been active for several years now. The class,
originally started by Patty Mynderup, is now led by Naomi Lichti. We have also enjoyed many guest speakers
and missionaries including

currently serving Sierra Presbyterian church Oakhurst, CA., Rev Ernie and Anna Smith
currently serving in the Ukraine, Jerry & Virla Brownell,
Singapore, Peter Najjar,
Kazakhstan, Russia,
Rev Mike Woodrell, Visalia, CA. Prior members of the ministry team include:
Russ Milnes, Matthew Rye, Richard Arndt, Bill & Gerry Murphy
and Fred and Martha Johnson. [ The Johnson's now lead the music
worship at Yosemite Gardens now. They are former Wycliff
Missionaries as well.]
